Email support@zoralun.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the product, and a description of your complaint. Keep the product and packaging until our team has replied with the next steps.

What Happens Next

Our team will review your email and respond with instructions, usually within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days; your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.
