Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, then an estimated 6–12 business days for delivery after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more; charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery windows are estimates. Carrier delays, remote locations, and customs inspections can affect delivery. Zoralun ships from international warehouses; any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Missing Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or building staff and verify your shipping address. Contact support@zoralun.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date if you still need help.
